Fall athletic physical times and dates are as follows:
Incoming 7th and 8th grade - July 24 @ 5:00 PM, San Jacinto Junior High

Incoming 9th thru 12th grade - August 1 @ 5:00 PM, Midland Senior High School - Bulldog Room

All physical examinations will be $20.00, cash only (no checks)

Mandated by Senate Bill 8, passed by the 80th Texas Legislature, this statewide random testing program will affect student-athletes in grades 9-12, regardless of sport, gender or participation level. From the NCAA Clearinghouse website, prospective student-athletes are able to access information needed to understand the Division I and Division II eligibility requirements, register with the Clearinghouse and access individual Clearinghouse records.
All prospective student-athletes intending to enroll in an NCAA Division I or II institution for the first time on or after August 1, 2007 must complete the NCAA Amateurism Certification questionnaire.
( If you enrolled full time in a Division I or II institution prior to the Fall of 2007, you do not need to complete the amateurism questions.)
